Returns & Exchange Policy

All domestic returns and exchanges are governed by this policy and must be read along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This does not apply to international orders. Kindly read before placing any order.

We may update this policy anytime without prior notice. Please check it periodically. Your continued use after changes implies acceptance.


Eligibility for Return

  • Return request must be raised within 4 days of order delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with invoice and gift cards (if any).

  • Returns are not applicable on:

    • Discounted/sale items

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Refund will be for product value only, not full order.


How to Initiate a Return

Please send us an email at support@silkyjaindivinehealer.com with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Product details

  3. Invoice proof

  4. Unboxing video + clear product photos

  5. Reason for return/exchange

  6. Choice of refund or exchange

  7. (For COD orders) Bank account details for refund (Name, Bank Name, A/C Number, IFSC)

Return Shipping

  • We’ll try to arrange a pickup. If not possible, we’ll notify you.

  • In such cases, please ship your product to:

    Make sure it reaches us within 7 days.

  • Email us the tracking ID once shipped.


Inspection & Approval

  • We’ll inspect the returned item and approve or reject the request within 1–2 working days.

  • Used/damaged/incomplete items are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original method (UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 working days.

  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (account details must be shared).

  • Payment Gateway Charges (PhonePe): 1.5% 


Missing or Broken Items

  • Please record an unboxing video to claim missing or broken items.

  • Without video proof, refund or replacement will not be processed.


Exchange Policy

  • Must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

  • The process is the same as returns.

  • Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

  • Exchange only allowed for damaged/defective items.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory.


Gifts

  • Gifted items returned will receive gift credit.

  • If the gift was ordered by someone else, refund goes to the original buyer.


Order Cancellation

  • If not shipped: Email us with Order ID and reason to cancel.

  • Refund within 7–10 working days.

  • If shipped: Refuse delivery to initiate return.

  • Once received back and inspected, refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.


Orders Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your courier shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
